Great experience. I was looking for a rented car for a month and contacted at least 10 companies but was not getting the vehicle that I wanted. Nadheer from their team was so positive and said he will find something similar for me in 24 hours. I wasn’t so sure but was so happy to see that he managed something and kept his promise. The charges and conditions were informed up front to ensure complete transparency. I would totally recommend Al Maraya to everyone.

To summarize it all in one word “Excellent” I loved the super customer service I got, especially from Mr. Noufal Ziam, Whatever problem I got with the car, he along with his team was assisting just upon my call. The cars I rented over more than 7 months period were really good maintained, I didn’t need to do anything except for the payment. Fully serviced cars, tyres and oil level maintained on best industry could give and within very reasonable monthly rates compared to other service providers in the market. I I didn’t get my own car, I would have continue leasing from them.

I have been renting from Al Maraya since September 2019, I returned my car today because I am leaving the country, otherwise I would continue to rent from them. Used Al Maraya for a long term rental. I was very impressed with their quick response and helpful customer care. When the car needed service they would pick up and return to me same day and in a short time. Great price compared to other rental companies aswell.

Nice rental company I can easily recommend. Employees were friendly, explained everything in details (fines, tolls). I've returned car with no issues, deposit was returned to my credit card 11 days after rental period end. The only issue was that office is not easy to find, taxi driver had to drive aroud a block twice. Office is on a driveway behind car shop (to the right from the block corner)

Very easy to use and great service. Was able to rent a car on the spot (just a short wait so they could prepare the car and sort the documents out). Very easy drop off process at the end of the rental. Very good prices compared to the companies that you’ll find at the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

I have rented a 2020 Kia Picanto and I used it for over a year, it was a great experience dealing with Al Maraya customer service, they would even come to your place to do the maintenance without any hassle. Highly recommend.

I used Al Maraya for close to 10 months for my rental. It's very affordable with price comparison and the vehicles that they offer are in great condition and of the latest models. The best thing about Al Maraya is the service. They will bring the car directly to you. They have regular check ups to ensure the car is running well and serviced. I changed cars a few months back just to drive something different and that was a flawless process as well. I will be using them again once I travel back to Dubai for business.
